Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed through our website and fulfilled using Wix’s secure commerce platform. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods. Customers will receive an email confirmation once an order has been placed and another notification when the order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

The Daily Blend offers standard shipping within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s selected method and location.

Please note:

  • Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • The Daily Blend is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. The Daily Blend is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an address error.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customers may request reshipment at their own expense.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the carrier to open a claim. The Daily Blend is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. We will, however, assist you with carrier inquiries to the best of our ability.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligible Returns

 

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on consumable items, including but not limited to:

  • coffee

  • matcha

  • other ingestible products

We do accept returns for non-consumable merchandise, such as brewing tools and accessories, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • A return authorization request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@thedailyblend.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • photo evidence of damage or defect

We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Process

  • Contact us at contact@thedailyblend.com to request a return authorization.

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your return.

  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days after the return is processed.
    Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items 

  • Opened or used products

  • Consumable goods (coffee, matcha, syrups, powders, etc.)

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

International Shipping 

At this time, The Daily Blend does not offer international shipping outside the United States.

Changes to This Policy

The Daily Blend reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of these changes.
