Our matcha powder and coffee blends are pure and contain no dairy unless it is a latte mix. Some of our blends have milk powder, sweeteners, and other ingredients. All allergen info is listed in product descriptions. If you have a serious allergy, please contact us before purchasing.

A standard matcha serving has less caffeine than a strong cup of coffee, but it delvers a more balanced, sustained energy, which helps reduce jitters and crashes. Coffee gives a more immediate, stronger caffeine effect.
